DARKHAN SATYBALDY HELD A SINGLE RECEPTION WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF HEADS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES

Akim of Turkestan region Darkhan Satybaldy held a single reception on personal issues with the participation of the heads of all law enforcement agencies. The reception of citizens took place in the southern districts of the region. About 200 residents of Shardara, Zhetysai and Maktaaral districts came to a meeting with the akim of the region and the generals to tell about their problems.
Together with the akim of the region, the reception was attended by the head of the Department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Turkestan region Abilseit Duisebayev, Deputy Prosecutor of the Turkestan region Sayan Keldibekov, head of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Turkestan region, Major General Kanat Kozhakhmetov, Head of the Police Department of the Turkestan region, General — Police Major Murat Kabdenov, Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Turkestan region Orken Balazhanov, Head of the Department for Defense Affairs of the Turkestan region Nurmakhan Duisebayev, Head of the Department of Economic Investigations of the Turkestan region Kairat Bektembayev, chairmen of district courts.
In accordance with the concept of a hearing State and the principle of openness during an open dialogue
topical issues on the part of the population were touched upon. The head of the region noted that every proposal and appeal is entered into the protocol and the corresponding work is underway.
— Today we specially came to meet you. The heads of all departments and departments of the region, heads of law enforcement agencies are also here. We have come to solve problems, to carry out explanatory work within the framework of the law. Applications are accepted in all industries. You have the opportunity to openly talk about your problems,» Darkhan Satybaldy said.
At the unified receptions in Shardara, Zhetysay, Maktaaral, a list of citizens who faced difficult situations and asked for help was presented, ways to solve problems were considered. Residents raised issues of legalization of land plots, education, and private entrepreneurship. There were a lot of questions about disagreement with court decisions.
All appeals were considered within the framework of the law, included in the protocol with discussion by specialists of the relevant industry.
According to Marat Dildabekov, a resident of Zhetysai district, such an open dialogue is of great importance.
— At a reception with the akim of the region Darkhan Satybaldy, I raised the issue of drainage. I received a satisfactory answer. According to my appeal, work will begin, the issue has been taken under control. It is necessary to hold such meetings more often. All the akims and leaders came to the people themselves and this causes even more confidence,» he says.
A resident of the Yeraliyevsky rural district told about the shortcomings in the financing of kindergartens.
— When I heard that the leaders were coming to the district, I made an appointment with the governor of the region. The application was accepted unhindered. He received an appropriate answer to my question. I’m happy. My neighbors also came. They had problems with the court’s decision. The general personally explained everything to them and «put everything on the shelves,» the woman says.

In general, about 200 residents have received appeals in three districts. Proposals are submitted to the protocol, concrete work is underway.
